摘 要: 嗜麦芽寡养单胞菌是一种严格的非发酵型需氧的极生多鞭毛的革兰氏阴性杆菌,该菌已成为人、山羊、猪、卵型鲳鯵和鳄鱼等多种动物的条件致病菌,其感染可致肺炎、败血症、脑炎、心内膜炎、化脓性淋巴结炎和脓肿等。文章对该菌的分类、生物学特性、耐药机制、感染与致病机理和防治等方面的研究进行了综述。 Stenotrophomnas maltophilia was an aerobic, non-fermentative bacterium, cells were gram negative, polar multiflagella. It's a widespread environmental microorganism that has become an important opportunistic pathogen in human, goats, pigs, tranchinotus ovatus and crocodiles. Its infection causes pneumonia, septicemia, encephalitis, endocarditis, suppurative lymphadenitis, abscesses, and a variety of other disease syndromes. This paper reviews the progress in research on taxonomic status, biological properties, drug-resistant mechanism, pathogenicity, pathogenic mechanism, prevention and treatment of Stenotrophormnas maltophilia .
