摘　　要： 中国网络政治是伴随着中国的互联网的迅速发展而开始形成的,具体体现在网络宣传、电子政务、网络舆论等方面获得了快速的发展。网络政治在中国政治文明建设中的作用在于它有利于实现政务公开,促进政治参与,促进网络监督等;同时,网络政治也存在对意识形态带来冲击等负面影响,给社会主义政治文明建设提出了挑战。 The gradual rise of Cyber politics is follow the development of network. Now it develops quickly in network propaganda, electronics government and network opinion. Cyber politics will promote the development of Socialist Political Civilization by promoting the development of Political Participation, eonstructiin electronic government and developing network surveillance. However, there are some negative influences in Cyher politics that will be a huge challenge to socialist Politecal Civilization.
