摘　　要： 政府投资项目是政府行使其职能的一种重要手段。在新的投资体制下,中国旧有的政府投资项目管理方式存在业主专业知识缺乏、工程隐忧多、机构设置重复、资源使用分散等弊端。对传统的政府投资项目管理方式改革势在必行。本文提出通过建立完善的项目法人制度;建立量化指标体系和项目监管信息系统等一系列的改革措施,试图为有效解决这些问题提出一些建议。 It is one kind of important measure that the government performed such function that governnaent invests the item, In the wake of the market economy system take shape one by one, Be living below the fresh investment system, Bygone some governments of our country invest that the project control means is the information that proprietor is specialized and lack,The project secret worry is much; The organization puts up the rcpetition; The resources employ to disperse and so on the corrupt practice.
