摘 要: 选用288羽AA肉仔鸡,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组,每组72羽,6个重复,每个重复12羽(公母各半),Ⅰ组(对照组)为玉米-豆粕型基础日粮组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别为基础日粮添加低、中、高酶活外源酶试验组,以研究外源酶对肉仔鸡生长性能、养分表观代谢率及免疫功能的影响。结果表明:添加外源酶,前期(0~3周)Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组日增重分别比对照组提高2.76%(P<0.05)、3.84%(P<0.05)和2.77%(P<0.05),饲料利用率分别改善6.85%(P<0.05)、8.22%(P<0.05)和8.22%(P<0.05);全期(0~6周)Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组饲料利用率分别比对照组改善4.64%(P<0.05)、6.70%(P<0.05)和8.25%(P<0.05);提高肉仔鸡免疫器官指数,21日龄Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的法氏囊相对重量较对照组分别提高30.77%(P<0.05)、19.62%(P<0.05)和27.69%(P<0.05),42日龄Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组的胸腺相对重量分别较对照组提高23.82%(P<0.05)、43.16%(P<0.05)和29.01%(P<0.05);21日龄Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组与对照组比较,血清总蛋白含量分别提高11.32%(P<0.05)、17.58%(P<0.05)和13.19%(P<0.05),血清球蛋白含量分别提高14.11%(P<0.05)、21.86%(P<0.05)和10.54%(P<0.05)。肉仔鸡能量、养分表观代谢率和血清抗体IgG含量均有提高的趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。 The effects of exogenous enzymes on performance,nutrient metabolism and immune function in broilers were investigated in this study.A total of 288 1-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into 4 groups,6 replicates in each group and 12 chickens in each replicate (6 males and 6 females).In Group Ⅰ the broilers were fed corn-soybean based diet as control,in group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ,the broilers were fed with basal diet supplemented low, middle and high levels of exogenous enzymes respectively.Tbe results showed as follows:with supplementation of exogenous enzymes,AWG of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 2.76%(P〈0.05),3.84%(P〈0.05) and 2.77%(P〈0.05) respectively and F/G was improved by 6.85%(P〈0.05),8.22%(P〈0.05) and 8.22%(P〈0.05)respectively in 0~3 weeks;F/G of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was improved by 4.64%(P〈0.05),6.70%(P〈0.05) and 8.25%(P〈0.05) respectively in 0~6 weeks;Supplementation of exogenous enzymes improved the indexes of immune organs,fabricius comparative weight of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 30.77%(P〈0.05),19.62%(P〈0.05) and 27.69%(P〈0.05) respectively on 21st day,thymus comparative weight of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 23.82%(P〈0.05),43.16% (P〈0.05) and 29.01%(P〈0.05) respectively on 42nd day;with supplementation of exogenous enzymes,total protein content in serum of group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ was increased by 11.32%(P〈0.05),17.58%(P〈0.05) and 13.19%(P〈0.05) respectively,and globin content in serum was increased by 14.11%(P〈0.05),21.86%(P〈0.05) and 10.54%(P〈0.05) respectively on 21st day.Apparent metabolic rate of energy and dietary nutrients and the content of IgG in serum also increased,but not significantly(P〉0.05).
