摘 要: 使用多色集合理论为产品装配建立信息模型,给出了装配基准的确定方法,并结合分层结构树图建立了产品分解图和装配图的生成算法。利用该算法可得到产品的可行装配顺序方案集合。最后结合实例给出了产品装配问题的求解思路。 The information model based on the polychromatic sets for the Assembly products was set up, and the definite method to assembly benchmark was brought forward. Then the arithmetic of decompose diagram and assembly diagram of products was created, combined with the hierarchy tree graph. The feasible assemble sequence scheme set of the products was received based on this arithmetic. Finally a case was cited to show the solution to the problem of assembly sequence of products.
