摘　　要： 全球化信息经济的发展,必然导致信息技术在企业管理中的不断深入应用,传统的企业管理模式显然巳不能适应时代的要求。管理者应该认识到信息技术的广泛影响和深刻含义,信息技术不仅改变了企业的外部环境,也为企业内部的管理带来了重大变革,这主要表现在组织结构的变革、内部协调方式的变革、营销方式的扩展和顾客服务方式的演进等四个方面。 The development of the information economy of globalization inevitably causes application in business administration. The traditional mode of enterprise management can＇t meet the needs of times.The administrator should ralize the extensive influence of the information technology and its connotation. The information technology has not only changed the external environment condition of enterprises, but also brought the great change for the management inside enterprises. It lies in four respects such as change of organization and coordination, expansion of marketing strategy and gradual progress of customcr＇s service method.
