湿热环境对辐射损伤小鼠的影响

摘  要: 为探讨湿热环境对辐射损伤动物的影响,将受不同剂量60Coγ射线照射的小鼠放入自然湿热环境(HHE)及模拟HHE中,观察其对小鼠存活时间及外周血淋巴细胞计数的影响。结果表明:(1)模拟HHE暴露条件,7 Gy照射,随着暴露时间的延长,小鼠的存活时间缩短,死亡率增加;9 Gy照射,暴露60分钟以上,小鼠一周内全部死亡;外周血淋巴细胞和白细胞计数各组均在照后显著下降,但室温(RT)组比HHE组下降幅度小且恢复较快。(2)自然HHE暴露条件,7 Gy照射,小鼠存活时间缩短,死亡率增加;9 Gy照射,除HHE暴露3 h外,小鼠存活时间缩短,死亡率增加。RT组小鼠外周血淋巴细胞下降速度低于各自然HHE组且有顿挫回升。所以,自然及模拟HHE环境,使受照小鼠生存指标明显下降;加重照后早期外周血淋巴细胞下降。 To investigate the effect of hot and humid environment(HHE) on the γ ray irradiated mice, mice were put into natural HHE and mock HHE after exposure to different doses of γ radiation and the changes of survival time and counts of peripheral blood lymphocyte were observed. The results indicated that: ( 1 ) With the prolonged time of exposure in mock HHE, the survival time decreased and death rate increased when the mice were treated with mock HHE after exposure to 7 Gy of γ radiation. All mice died after one week when the mice were treated with mock HHE more than 60 min after exposure to 9 Gy of γ radiation. Counts of both peripheral blood lymphocyte and WBC decreased significantly after exposure to γ radiation, but the descending rate of them in RT group was lower and the recovering speed was faster than that of all mock HHE groups. (2) The survival time reduced and death rate increased when the mice were treated with natural HHE after exposure to 7 Gy of γ radiation. Except the group in natural HHE of 3 h, the survival time reduced and death rate increased when the mice were treated with natural HHE after exposure to 9 Gy of γ radiation. The descending rate of peripheral blood lymphocyte in RT group was lower than that of all natural HHE groups. There was no lymphocyte fluctuate resuscitation in all natural HHE groups as seen in the RT group. It was concluded that the survival indexes and peripheral blood lymphocyte of irradiated mice were significantly decreased in mock and natural HHE after γ-irradiation.
