摘 要: 200mg·L-1的溴氰菊酯喷施三叶期的黄瓜幼苗10d后,体内叶绿素总量下降44.626%;叶绿素a/b比值从2.736下降到2.540;类胡萝卜素含量则比对照升高93.422%.用50到500mg·L-1的溴氰菊酯喷施黄瓜4d后,叶绿素总量比对照下降7.080%~30.546%;叶绿素a含量比对照下降9.908%~33.486%;叶绿素b含量比对照下降0%~22.392%.300mg·L-1溴氰菊酯使类胡萝卜素含量增加83.358%.用50~500mg·L-1的溴氰菊酯喷施幼苗时,体内叶绿素酶活性升高12.311%~38.256%;δ-氨基乙酰丙酸合酶活性则下降2.705%~22.858%.该文讨论了溴氰菊酯影响黄瓜叶绿素含量的机理. Ten days after cucumber seedlings were sprayed with 200 mg·L -1 deltamethrin,the total content of chlorophyll decreased by 44 626%;the contents of chlorophyll a and b also decreased. The ratio of chlorophyll a/b was reduced from 2 736 to 2 540. The content of carotenoids increased by 93 422% over the control.At the fourth day after the cucumber seedlings were sprayed with 50~500mg·L -1 deltamethrin,the content of total chlorophyll decreased by 7 080%~30 546%; the content of chlorophyll a decreased by 9 908%~33 486%; the content of chlorophyll b decreased by 0~22 392%. Deltamethrin at a concentration of 300 mg·L -1 increased the content of carotenoids by 83 358%. When the seedlings were treated with 50~500 mg·L -1 deltamethrin,the activity of chlorophyllase increased by 12 311%~38 256%; but the activity of δ aminolevulinate synthase decreased by 2 705%~22 858%. The mechanism of the influence of deltamethrin on chlorophylls was discussed in the paper.
