摘　　要： 在新世纪里,由于市场经济的驱动,学生自主择业和体育社会化的需要,构建以培养复合型体育人才,增加基础教育课程内容和学时数以解决体育专业学生文化素质偏低的问题,培养通用人才、拓宽就业渠道应该成为我国师范院校体育专业素质教育的主要发展方向。由此,增设政治教育课程,人文教育课程,科学教育课程,就业教育课程,改造技术教育课程有助于我国体育教育专业人才知识和能力的培养,这对于促进学校体育、社会体育竞技体育等工作的整体改革具有重要意义。 In the new century, because of the drivening by the market-oriented economy and the necesserity of choosing jobs by the students themselves and the socialization of sports, It will be the main developing direction for the P.E majority in teachers schools in china by cultivating the universal talents and increasing the contents of basic education course so as to settle down the problems of the students of the lower level of the culture quality and to foster the universal talents, towiden the ways of employment. It is helpful for cultiving the knowledge and ability to increase such courses as politics, humanity education, sience education, employment education,andit it is of great implication to fasten the global reform of school sport, competitive sports.
