摘 要: 采用甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯(DMAEMA)、甲基丙烯酸β羟乙酯(HEMA)、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺(NHMA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等单体合成了自交联型丙烯酸阴极电泳涂料,研究了影响树脂水溶性和漆膜性能的因素。实验结果表明,DMAEMA、HEMA、NHMA用量分别为单体用量的16%、15%、6%,引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)的用量为单体用量的2%,合成反应2 h,电泳电压125 V时,可得到综合性能良好的高装饰性自交联型丙烯酸阴极电泳涂膜。电泳漆膜外观平整光亮,性能优良,膜厚可达22μm,光泽度(20°)可达123.9,适用于要求高装饰性表面的涂装。 A self-crosslinked acrylic resin for the cathodic electrodeposited coatings was synthesized by free radical copolymerization of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) , 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate ( HEMA ), N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide ( NHMA ), methyl methacrylate ( MMA ), butyl acrylate (BA) ,etc. The factors influencing the water solubility of the resin and the properties of the coating film were studied. The results showed that when the DMAEMA,HEMA and NHMA were 16% , 15% and 6% of total monomers content, the initiator azodiisobutyronitrile(AIBN) was 2% of total monomers content, the reaction time was 2 h and the electrodeposit voltage was 125 V, a nice coating film could be gained which had a smooth and bright appearance, good properties with thickness of 22 μm and glossiness (20°) of 123.9 and is suitable for the finishing of high decorative surfaces.
