摘　　要： 全球各地已经发生了难以计数的恐怖袭击事件,造成重大人员和财产损失,我们坚决反对和打击一切形式的恐怖主义。在警惕恐怖分子利用爆炸进行国际恐怖活动工具的同时,我们不得不警惕恐怖分子利用互联网进行的恐怖活动。 Countless number of terrorism events happened in the world, which personnel and property. All forms of terrorism shall be absolutely opposed and resulted in great damage to the combated. We have to become alert on the terrorism activities via internet while keeping our eyes on the international terrorism via explosion.
