摘 要: 一步平移平行线分割法在冲压毛坯自动排样设计领域已经得到比较广泛的应用,但是其算法比较复杂,当排样精度要求高时,将直接导致程序运行效率降低。为解决搜索求解计算量大的问题,本文在一步平移平行线分割法的基础上提出了一种基于进退法的加速搜索优化算法,可以在较大程度上提高程序运行效率,缩短设计时间。 The parallel moving method has been widely applied to the design of automatic blank layout. But the program based on this method had low eaculating efficiency while the high precision is required, because of the high complexity of the method. To solve the problem of large solution searching computation, an improved optimization algorithm based on the improved advance and retreat method has been proposed and it can raise the solution efficiency significantly.
