基于AMMI模型的籼型杂交香稻稻米胶稠度的遗传效应研究

摘  要: 本文采用NCⅡ交配组合的多点试验设计,基于AMMI模型分析的基础上,研究了籼型杂交香稻稻米胶稠度的遗传效应。结果表明:①杂交稻的胶稠度同时受基因型、试点及二者的互作效应控制,以组合基因型效应为主;②组合基因型效应同时受不育系、恢复系的一般配合力及二者的特殊配合控制,以不育系的一般配合力最重要;③组合与试点的互作效应值的大小和方向与不育系的遗传背景有直接关系;④组合胶稠度值与其稳定性间相关不显著;⑤本试验中A1、A3和A6是培育较软胶稠度杂交香稻的优良香型不育系。最后对胶稠度的遗传与改良及与食味品质的关系等方面进行了讨论。 In this paper, based on the analysis by AMMI model on the data of 24 combinations from crossing aromatic sterile lines with restorer lines according to NCⅡ mating design in 4 sites representing different environment in Sichuan , we studied the genetic effects of gel consistency (GC) in indica aromatic hybrids. The results showed that: (i)GC of Hybrids was controlled by genotype, site and interaction between the both, and genotype effect was the most important; (ii)Combination genotype effect was controlled by general combining ability (GCA) of sterile line, restorer line GCA and special combining ability (SCA) between sterile line and restorer line, and sterile line GCA was the most important; (iii)The value and direction of interaction effects between combination genotypes and sites were relative to the genetic background of sterile line of combination; (Ⅳ)The correlation coefficient between the GC values and its stability estimates of combinations was not significant at 5 % level; ( Ⅴ )A1, A3 and A6 in this experiment were the better aromatic sterile lines to develop aromatic hybrids with better GC. The inheritance, improvement of GC and the relationship with eating-quality were discussed in oresent paper.
