摘　　要： 构建社会主义和谐社会顺应了我国改革发展的客观要求,体现了广大人民群众的根本利益和共同愿望。和谐社会与法制建设具有内在的逻辑关联。法制是追求社会和谐的产物,是构建和谐社会的制度保障。和谐社会的每一个特征都包含着对法制的需要,并对国家法制建设提出了新要求。本文以权利保障为支点,以官民和谐为重心,力图对和谐社会视角下的中国法制作一宏观勾勒。 Construction socialist harmonious society met the objective demand of reform and development of our country, have reflected the fundamental interests and common aspiration of people. There are inherent logic relations between harmonious society and legal construction. Legal system is the result and system guarantee of the harmonious society. Every characteristic of the harmonious society includes the need to legal system, and puts forward the new demand to the national legal construction. Right is fulcrum and harmony between the government and citizen is center of this article.
