摘 要: 共享价值是存在于人类社会中群体或群体之间、组织之间、群体或组织与社会之间达成共识的,具有规范制约和行动导进作用的判断准则。转型期,社会共享价值结构与质量的缺失,导致社会组织和个体从深层价值到表层行为的离轨和失范,并最终发展为以突发事件爆发为标志的公共危机。而对危机态社会的组织治理不仅要重视组织的结构治理,更要从社会共享价值重构的角度对组织和组织中的个体进行正本清源的价值治理和整合,从而恢复社会转型发展的秩序环境。 Shareable value is the common recognitions which are agreed by people among in groups and society, and which have restriction with individual action and direct people's judgment. But during the period of social transformation, it is short of the nice quality of shareable value, so that social organization and individual are away from rules, and they often have anomie behaviors, which finally cause the public crisis or burst incidents. If we want to administer the crisis, we will not only pay attention to the structure of organizational administration, but also reorganize the shareable value of organization and individual, in order to recover the order environment of the development of social transition.
