摘　　要： 海南是农业份额很高的省份,农业现代化事关海南现代化进程。文章实证分析了海南农业现代化状况,探讨技术、制度与农业现代化的关系,指出农业现代化是个复杂的社会系统工程,必须摈弃片面强调技术创新的传统思维,主要进行包括农地产权制度和农业组织制度在内的制度创新和寻求WTO框架下农业发展的政策支持。 As an agricultural province, agricultural modernization is of vital importance to modernization process in Hainan. This article analyses by way of example the situation of agricultural modernization in Hainan and explores the relations between technology, system and agricultural modernization , It also points out that agricultural modernization is a complicated social system project, that the traditional thought on partical emphasis on technological innovation must be discarded , that system innovation must be performed ,including farmland property right system and agricultural organization system and policy support of agricultural development with WTO frame must be sought.
