摘 要: 设计一系列实验方案,研究不同日采收量与培养液回流2因素对盐藻的生长以及β-胡萝卜素累积的影响。结果表明:β-胡萝卜素的大量累积从藻细胞进入对数生长后期开始且光强是最重要的影响因素之一;采收后的培养液去除藻细胞后回流,对盐藻的生长不利,但有利于β-胡萝卜素的累积,具有实际可行性。 A serial of experiment was designed to research the effects of daily collection volume of algae solution and the recycled culture solution on the growth of dunaliella salina and its accumulation of β-carotene. Results show that the mass accumulation β-carotene began at the end of logarithmic phase, and the light intensity is one of the most important factors. The collected algae solution is recycled after removal of algae cells, and the determined data suggest it is disadvantageous to the growth of dunaliellao salina, but advantageous to the accumulation of β-carotene. Hence the recycle of cultivation solution is feasible in the application.
