摘 要: 基于MSP430的电动机保护装置通过在传统的电机保护装置上集成多种保护措施,实现对低压电动机故障的判断和保护。系统分析了电动机故障,然后以电流为判据,将电动机保护分解为过流、负序和零序保护,基本覆盖了电动机的常见故障类型。介绍了保护装置采用的保护算法和硬件电路的构成及其特点,提出了软件设计流程。实验表明,该保护装置能在故障时有效地保护电动机。 A motor protective device based on MSP430 integrates several protections into traditional motor protective device to diagnose and protect the motor failures. The motor failures were systematically introduced. According to the current serve as the criterion, motor protection was divided into positive, negative and null sequence. Thus, it can overlay nearly all the common motor failures. The Protection algorithm and the hardware constitution and features were also presented in detail. The software design flowchart was given. It is proved by experiment that the motor protective device can protect the motor effectively.
