摘　　要： 电子政务的实行,必将打破政府旧有的行政模式,对政府整个业务流程重组,促进政府职能转变, 开通了政府与社会中介组织联系的渠道,扩大了对社会中介组织的需求,突出了社会中介组织的作用,促进了社会中介组织的发展。而社会中介组织为电子政务打下良好的社会基础,并承载由电子政务所带来的变化。因此, 在当前政府改革与科技快速发展的环境中,电子政务与社会中介组织形成良性互动关系,互相促进,互相影响。 E-government is the result of a combination with information technology progress and the government reform. It bases on the functional change of the government. And intermediary organizations are important approaches of the functional change of the government. On the one hand, when e-government put into practice it will break up the old administrative patterns, reorganize the government＇s operation flow and facilitate the government＇s functional change. It also accelerates the interaction of intermediary organizations and the government. This scales-up intermediary organizations, stands out intermediary organizations＇ function and makes intermediary organizations progress. On the other hand, intermediary organizations establish a good social groundwork for e-government, bear the impact of the change. Therefore, e-government and intermediary organizations interact each other in the current environment of the government reform and technology development.
