摘 要: 在-105℃~300℃条件下,对翅片铝箔进行拉伸力学性能试验。结果表明:在20℃~300℃,随着拉伸温度的升高,试样强度降低,伸长率升高,当拉伸温度超过200℃以后,伸长率上升速度较快,出现了超塑性现象;从20℃^-105℃,随着拉伸温度的降低,试样的强度和伸长率都有升高,这与金属材料在热处理中性能变化的一般规律相反。其原因有待进一步研究。在我国不同地区、不同气候条件下测试同样翅片铝箔的力学性能不具有可比性。翅片铝箔在200℃~260℃亲水处理过程中,如果要保持性能不变,其张力应控制在19 N/mm2以下。 Though the mechanical property of tension test of the wing aluminum foil at -105 ℃- 300℃ ,The results shows:The intensity of the sample should drop and the elongation percentage of the sample should rise with the temperature of the tension test rising from 20℃ to 300℃, after the temperature rised above 200℃, the elongation percentage rised fast, and then the superplastic phenomena should come out . With the temperature of the tension test dropping from 20 ℃ to - 105 ℃, the intensity and the elongation pereenlage of the sample should rise, which is contrary to the general regulation of the mechanical property of metals material in the heat treating , its cause is preserved for further investigation. Under differcnt condition( as: area, dime) the results of the mechanical property test of the same wing aluminum foil would be different. The tension of the wing aluminum foil shoule be controlled below the 19 N/rnm2 in the hydrophilia treating process at 200℃- 260℃, or the mechanical property of the wing aluminum foil should vary.
