摘 要: 从辐射全交换面积的概念出发,推导了封闭空间边界为灰体,介质为非灰气体的辐射全交换面积计算式。气体的辐射特性用灰气体加权和模型描述。实验结果表明,文中推导方法正确。将黑体封闭空间的全交换面积近似用于灰体封闭空间的方法与文中的方法相比,计算所得辐射全交换面积的误差较大,尤其是表面段对气体段的全交换面积,但相邻段间的全交换面积误差较小。 Based on the original conception of total radiant exchange area, the total radiant exchange areas for non-gray medium with gray enclosure are derived. Weighted sum of gray gases model is used to simulate the properties of non-gray gases during deriving. The present method is used to calculate the heat fluxes of a furnace wall. Results from the experiment show that the present method is more correct. Compared with the present method , there are relatively large errors with the traditional me thod by using the total radiant exchange area for blank enclosure to the enclosure with gray surface, especially for the total radiant exchange areas from surface zones to gas zones. But the error for the adjacent zone is the smallest.
