摘　　要： 精细化作业在很多行业已得到应用,但在机器装配行业应用不多。在不提高硬件水平的基础上,通过实施精细化作业可提高装配精度,提高产品合格率。介绍提高装配精度的方法及精细化作业的概念和特点,并提出在机器装配中实施精细化作业的方法。 Meticulous process has been applied in many industry, but is hardly applied in assembly industry. Based on retaining original hardware level, assembly accuracy and production yield can be improved by carrying out meticulous process. In this paper, methods of improving assembly accuracy, concept and characters of meticulous process, and these methods of carrying out meticulous process in assembly are introduced.
