摘 要: 本项目以硫酸烧渣为主要原料,在一定温度下用一定比例的硫酸和盐酸,对烧渣进行强化酸溶,并通过添加适当的助溶和稳定化作用的助剂等,研究开发出了具有优良混凝效果的双酸铁铝(PFASC)。通过对造纸废水的混凝试验,考察了聚合双酸铁铝的混凝性能。结果表明,与聚合硫酸铁相比,聚合双酸铁铝具有混凝性能优、成本低廉的特点。 Thecoagulant of polymer ferric aluminium sulfate chloride(PFASC) was made with pyrites cinder and sulfuric acid and chlorhydric acid as raw materials when some additives were used as lacquer solvent and stabilizer agent. The wastewater of papermaking was treated by using the coagulant of PFASC. The performance of the coagulant was researched. The experimental results shown that, comparing with polyferric sulfate, the coagulative performance of PFASC is good, and its cost is lower.
