摘 要: 利用动态力学分析仪研究了纸质振膜材料的动态力学性能,以及打浆、纸浆种类和化学助剂对纸质振膜材料的密度、弹性模量和损耗因子的影响。结果表明,无论漂白硫酸盐针叶木浆、漂白棉浆,还是未漂麻浆,随着打浆度的提高,纸页的密度、弹性模量和比弹性率均提高,而损耗因子下降,添加施胶剂和湿强剂均影响纸质振膜材料的性能。 The dynamic mechanical properties of three kinds of paper cone material, including bleached softwood kraft pulp, bleached cotton pulp and unbleached hemp pulp were studied. The storage modulus and damping factors in different beating degree of the pulps and different dosage of sizing agent and wet strength additive were obtained. The influence of beating and chemical additives on storage modulus and damping factor was analyzed. The results showed that the storage modulus increases and damping factor decreases with increasing the beating degree of the pulps. The opposite change trend of storage modulus and damping factor was discovered when sizing agent and wet strength agent were added. It is important to study how to improve simultaneously both storage modulus and damping factor.
