摘 要: 使用三维电极法对桉木CTMP制浆废水进行处理,研究了反应时间、槽电压、pH值等因素对CODCr和色度去除率的影响。实验结果表明,三维电极法能有效降解和去除污染物,CODCr去除率约为60%,色度去除率约为90%,并可有效提高废水的可生化性。三维电极法处理效果显著高于二维平板电极法,槽电压同为3V时,CODCr和色度的去除率比二维平板电极法分别高40和80个百分点。 Eucalyptus CTMP effluent was treated with three dimensional electrode (TDE) process. The effect of operating conditions, including retention time, applied voltage and current density, pH, on the removal rates of CODcr and chromaticity was studied and the process parameters were optimized. The study showed that organic pollutants were effectively degraded and removed by the treatment of TDE process, and remarkable decoloration effect was achieved. Under optimum conditions, the removal rates of CODcr and chromaticity were approximately 60% and 90%, respectively, and the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved. The treatment effect of TDE process was greatly higher than two dimensional fiat electrode (TDFE) process. When applied voltage was 3V, removal rates of CODcr and chromaticity of TDE process were higher than TDFE process by 40% and 80%. Comnared with TDFE process, TDE process could save energy remarkably when the same treatment level was achieved.
