摘　　要： 一般对单片机Flash的擦写有三种方法:ISP、IAP技术和编程器,而它们都需要一个硬件控制单元来实现对Flash的控制操作。文章提出一种Flash控制单元硬件电路的设计及其实现的方法, 利用Synopsys的综合仿真工具对设计进行仿真,结果表明设计的控制电路能实现对Flash的完全操作。 Flash is now widely used in the MCU as memory storage. In general, MCU has three ways to erase or reprogram its embedded Flash： ISP IAP and parallel mode, all of them require an interface for MCU to control the Flash operation. The paper introduces a circuit design of this controlling interface with detailed analysis and flow charts All results are supported by emulation of Synopsys＇ tools.
