摘 要: 以猪血清为原料,经盐析、离子交换层析、亲和层析和凝胶过滤层析等过程,制备较高纯度的α1-抗胰蛋白酶制剂。根据改良的Eriksson法,采用苯甲酰-DL-精氨酸和以硝基苯胺(BAPNA)为底物,测定猪血清中α1-抗胰蛋白酶的抑制活力。 To purify α1-antrtrypsin, salt sedimentation, ion-exchange chromatogram, affinity chromatogram and gel filtration chromatogram were used from pig blood serum. By changed Eriksson method. The inhibitor activity of α1-antrtrypsin was determined, considering BAPNA as substrate.
