摘 要: 提出以信息熵为性能指标、用模拟退火算法优化模糊控制器参数的新方法应用于铣削加工恒力约束控制。仿真表明:将优化后的模糊控制器应用于切深不变的铣削加工控制中可以取得良好的控制效果;变切深时,可在小范围进行参数优化。 A new approach is proposed and is applied to constant force control in milling process, where information entropy is used as performance index and simulated anneal algorithm used to optimize fuzzy controller parameters. The simulation results show that When the fuzzy controller, optimized with simulated anneal algorithm, is applied to constant force control of machining process with fixed depth of cut, satisfactory performance are obtained. The controller parameters can be optimized in a limited range to constant force control of milling process with variable depth of cut.
