摘 要: 介绍了MBS树脂的凝聚原理和影响凝聚的因素。叙述了国内外MBS的凝聚方法和生产现状,凝聚操作条件对MBS粉体性能的影响,并对各种方法的操作条件和优缺点进行了对比。认为气体酸凝聚技术技术操作工艺简单,设备投资少,将现有的单釜凝聚装置稍加改进即可,所得树脂颗粒综合性能可以达到喷雾凝聚水平,适合我国中小企业采用。 MBS latex coagulation thesis and factors to affect the coagulation are reviewed. Effects of coagulation operationconditions on MBS powder performance at home and abroad, operation conditions of all methods, their advantages anddisadvantages are compared. The technology with acid gas as a flocculant is simple in the operation process, low cost inequipment. Exiting single pot coagulation equipment can be used after some simple modification. The resulted resin can meet the level of spraying coagulation, which are suitable to be used in our small and middle-sized enterprises.
