摘 要: 首次报道使用λDNA体外重包装技术检测化学物和环境污染物致封变性取得了成功,辅以酶切和电泳技术,还可初步确定λDNA损伤的机理。 We firstly reported that we make a series sucessful in measuring the mutagenesis of chemicals and environmental pollutants by using the technique of λDNA repackage in vitro. At the mean time, the mechemism of λDNA damage can be understand if electrophoresis digestion method was used.
