摘 要: 在滇池水域中取藻样,过滤、接种在MDM培养液中,置于光照温室中培齐,提取出叶绿素,然后测定在不同波长下的吸光度值,用叶绿素法计算公式计算出叶绿素a含量,可间接地测定滇池藻类的生长情况。实验研究结果表明,滇池藻类的叶绿素吸收光谱有两个最强的吸收区;一个是在波长为400-460nm的蓝紫光部分,另一个是在波长为640~660nm的红光部分。采用分光光度法在645nm波长处测定Zn抖对滇池藻类生长的影响,效果较好。 The water sample was taken from Diaiachi Lake. After filtered, it was inoculated in MDM in glasshouse,and the chlorophyll of algae was abstracted. The absorbance values of chlorophyll a were measured at various wavelength,so algae growth could be measured by the content of chlorophyll a which could be calculated based on chlorophyll a formula. The experiment results showed that absorbance values were strong in the wavelength scope of 400-460 nm and 640-660 nm. The results were good by spectrophotometry measurement of effects of Zn^2+ on algae growth in Dianchi Lake under the condition of wavelength 645 nm.
