摘 要: 建筑类科研院所转企后,面临的首要任务就是稳定人才队伍。本文从理论和实证两个方面论述了股权激励的有效性。对其它类型转制科研院所同样有借鉴作用。 After the building research institutes are reformed to be the enterprises, the key issue faced is to make the employee team stable. The effectiveness of incentive stock option is discussed in this thesis both theoretically and empirically, which could provide references for other types of research institutes.
