摘　　要： 针对法律语言和法律翻译的特点,笔者尝试着对影响法律翻译准确性的诸多因素进行了描述性研究;通过对宏观的整体把握与微观的具体操作的综合分析,证实了法律翻译工作人员在翻译实践中重视翻译目的、文本功能、句法结构和用词特点等诸因素的必要性,从而为实现法律翻译的准确性交际功能奠定良好基础。 Based on the features of legal language and legal translation, a descriptive study is made on the factors influencing the accuracy of legal translation. Through the comprehensive analysis of the macro- level overall orientation and the micro- level practical translation, this paper proves that it is necessary for legal translators to pay much attention to such factors as translation purpose, text function, syntactic structures and lcxical expressions, etc, which can help translators achieve the accurate communicative function of legal translation.
