摘　　要： 在中国当前的环境下仅仅强调中央货币当局的独立性本身意义并不太大,而强调中央货币当局独立性带动下的整个金融系统的市场化才是问题关键所在,也就是说将中央银行与行政当局的隔离只是第一步,更为重要的问题是整个银行金融系统与行政当局的隔离,国有银行股份制改造、外资和民营银行的市场引入会加速金融部门远离行政当局,靠近市场机制的过程,否则,单纯的中央银行独立性只能是一个空架子。 It is of little significance for China to emphasize on the independence of central currency under the current context. The key is to stress the maketization of financial system. The first step is to separate the central bank with the authority. What＇s more important is to separate the whole banking system with authority, joint stock system reforming and the adoption of foreign capital and private banking will accelerate the financial departments to approach the market instead of administrative authority. Otherwise the independence of central banks is only a mere skeleton.
