摘　　要： 就工程建设项目普遍中存在投资失控制的现象,分析建设项目投资失控的主要原因,提出建设工程项目投资有效控制的具体措施,以实现在保证工程质量和工期的前提下,以较少的投入,取得较大的经济效益和社会效益。 In view of the fact that investment is usually uncontrollable in construction projects, this thesis analyzes the main causes of the uncontrollability and proposes practical measures to effectively control the investments in order to produce the maximum economic and social benefits with minimum input under the precondition of high quality and punctuality.
