摘 要: 借助维氏硬度的测量及透射电镜(TEM)的观察和分析,系统地研究了A l-3%Cu合金和A l-3%Cu-0.3%Sc合金在150、200、250、300、350、400℃的时效硬化和析出行为。研究结果表明:时效温度低于200℃时,A l-Cu-Sc三元合金与A l-Cu二元合金的时效硬化曲线几乎没有差别。A l-Cu-Sc三元合金在300℃、6 ks时效时硬度HV最高,为90 kN/mm2,Sc对硬度上升的影响也是在300℃时最为显著,△HVm ax=45 kN/mm2;A l-Cu-Sc三元合金在本实验条件范围内的时效过程中,A l3Sc与θ-′A l2Cu 2种二元析出物是各自独立析出,且析出物间无明显的相互作用。 Age-hardening and precipitation behaviors of Al-3.0% Cu alloy and Al-3.0% Cu-0.3% Sc alloy at 150, 200, 250, 300, 350 and 400 ℃were investigated by measuring of Vickers-hardness and observation of transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results indicated that there almost was no difference between Al-Cu-Sc alloy and Al-Cu alloy in age-hardening curves at the temperature below 200 ℃. Al-Cu-Sc alloy had the highest ageing hardness of 90 kN/mm^2 at 300℃ , 6 ks. The effect of Sc on the hardness was most significant at 300 ℃, △HVmax = 45 kN/mm^2. During the ageing of Al-Cu-Sc alloy under the described ageing condition, Al3Sc and θ′- Al2Cu precipitated independently without any obvious interaction between them.
