摘 要: 运用几何学及运动学原理,建立砂轮、螺旋槽和后刀面的数学模型,在数学模型的基础上利用坐标变换开发了钻头的CAD系统.利用该系统,求得在给定刀具(砂轮)具体形状的条件下钻头螺旋槽截面形状的数据,结合后刀面刃磨参数,建立钻头的三维实体模型.该系统的开发为钻头的结构优化设计提供了直观的、易操作的系统,简化了钻头设计过程;同时也能为钻头的强度和刚度分析提供精确的实体模型. Applying the principles of geometry and kinematics, the mathematical models of grinding wheel, flute and flank were set up. With the transforrnation of coordinates, the drill CAD system was developed on the basis of the mathematical models. With the results of the CAD system, such as the points of the section of flute and grinding parameters of flank, the 3D drill model was built. This study can provide an intuitionistic maneuverable system for optimizing structural parameters of drill as well as predigesting the process of drill design, and the accurate 3D drill model was provided for the analysis of intensity and rigidity.
