摘 要: 用SEM对不同组织状态的铜基形状记忆合金的断口进行了观察,用TEM对断口上萃取的第二相质点进行定性分析。结果表明,三种不同组织状态的断口均为韧性断裂断口,引起断裂不连续性的第二相质点是铝铜金属间化合物,新奇的第二相形状使CuZnAl形状记忆合金具有独特的断口形貌。 Impact test has been conducted on a nominal Cu-26 Zn-4 Al(wt%)shape memory alloy in as-forged,-phase of excellent ductility of the alloy with the correlation micro morphology of the fracture surface has been investigated,The newly discovered flaky,clubbed,tubular and acicular Cu-Al intermetallic compounds were found to play a significant role in the initaition of cracks.
