环境因子对蔗扁蛾生长发育及存活的影响
Effects of the environmental factors on the development and survival of banana moth, Opogona sacchari (Bojer)(Lepidoptera: Hieroxestidae)

摘  要: 在室内研究了温度对蔗扁蛾生长发育、存活及生殖的影响,组建了不同温度下的实验种群生命表。结果表明,19~31℃是蔗扁蛾生长发育和繁殖的适宜温度范围,其中22℃时的产卵量最大,为290.9粒/雌,3l℃时的世代平均历期最短、世代存活率最高,分别为46.1天和37%;卵、幼虫、蛹及幼虫-成虫的发育起点温度和有效积温分别为11.15、7.80、12.51、9.27℃和95.66、613.88、173.11、758.80日度。在19~31℃范围内,种群趋势指数(Ⅰ)随温度的上升而增高,31℃时达最大.34℃时种群出现负增长。试验表明,蔗扁蛾卵具有较强的耐高温特性,而38℃是卵孵化的高温上限;相对湿度对卵的孵化影响较大,其中90%RH是卵孵化的最适湿度,45%RH是卵孵化对湿度的最低要求;浸水时间低于20min,对卵的孵化率影响不大,浸水时间超过1h,对卵的孵化率有明显影响;蔗扁蛾幼虫在0℃时,处理72h,存活率仍为93.3%;-2℃时,幼虫72h后大部分死亡;-5℃时,幼虫48h全部死亡。 This paper dealt with the effects of the temperatures on the development, survival and fecundi- ty of the banana moth,Opogona sacchari (Bojer) ,and its the life tables at 19 ℃, 22 ℃, 25 ℃, 28 ℃, 31 ℃, 34 ℃ were also established. The results showed that the suitable range of the temperature for the development, survival and the reproduction of this insect ranged from 19 ℃ to 31 ℃. The average fecundity was maximal as the 290.9 eggs laid per female at 22 ℃. The shortest duration of the generation was recorded as 46. 1 days and the highest generation survival rate was 0.37 at 31 ℃. The development threshold and the total effective temperature of eggs, larvae, pupae and eggs to adults calculated by using linear regress method were 11.15 ℃, 7.80 ℃, 12.51 ℃, 9.27 ℃ and 95.66, 613.88, 173.11,758.80 day-degrees, respectively. The population trend index (Ⅰ) of the banana moth were 32.10, 33.30, 38.58, 40.54, 45.12 and 0.77, respectively at 19 ℃, 22 ℃, 25 ℃, 28 ℃, 31 ℃, 34 ℃. The data at different temperature showed that the index I increased with the temperature increasing in 19 ℃ to 31 ℃, and the population would he negative increase at 34 ℃. The experimental results showed that the eggs of the banana moth could bear higher temperature, but 38 ℃ was uhimate temperature of the hatching for the eggs. 90% RH was the optimal surrounding humidity of the hatching for the eggs, and 45% RH was the lowest humid condition. The hatching rate of the eggs was influenced hardly in 20 min for the eggs immersed in water, but the hatching rate would decrease evidently more than an hour. The survival rate of the larvae was still 93.33% at 0 ℃ for 72 h, but most of the larvae died at - 2 ℃ for 72 h, and all died at -5 ℃ for 48 h
