摘 要: 采用甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主单体,丙烯酸甲酯为共聚单体,利用60Coγ射线辐射聚合技术制备菲涅尔透镜.研究了辐射剂量、辐射剂量率、交联剂和单体组成对菲涅尔透镜光学性能的影响.结果表明,采用辐射聚合方法制备菲涅尔透镜时,选择适宜的辐射剂量(35kGy)和辐射剂量率(84.40Gy/min),所制备的菲涅尔透镜具有优异的光学性能. With methyl methacrylate as main monomer and methyl acrylate as copolymer monomer, fresnel lens were prepared by ^60Coγ-ray radiation polymerization technology. Experiments were performed to study the effects of radiation dose, radiation dose rate, cross-linking agent, composition of monomer on the optical properties of fresnel lens. The results showed that fresnel lens prepared by radiation means have excellent optical performance, when choosing appropriate radiation dose (35kGy) and radiation dose rate (84.40Gy/min).
