摘　　要： 金融生态从外部整体上反映了金融服务业对于产业的集聚和发展具有至关重要的作用,而产业集聚也会有利于金融生态环境的优化。金融服务业通过对经济资源的整合与引导作用,以催化集群内部企业的合作创新、吸引优质资本加入、克服创新中的机会主义倾向等形式推动制造业、物流业和相关服务业等形成产业集聚良性循环;同时,产业集聚通过正的外部性作用、建设优质金融客户群、注重信誉的地域根植、提供金融资产更宽泛的良好应用环境来优化金融生态环境,最终形成两者的可持续发展形态。 The financial ecosystem reflects exteriorly that financial servicing has a vital effect on the cluster and development of industry. At the same time the enterprise clusters will be benefit to the financial eco-environment. By integrating and leading the functions of economic resources, financial servicing can catalyze the cluster enterprises cooperating and innovating, attract the enter of high-quality capital and overcome the opportunism tendency during the innovation, which can form the enterprise clusters benign cycle of manufacturing industry, logistics industry and related servicing business etc. Enterprise clusters can supply a good environment for financial assets, optimize financial ecosystem by positive external effects, and build high quality client, and finally their sustainable development will come into being.
