摘　　要： 本文就Nd:YAG激光有关参数对金属材料雕刻加工的作用进行了系列研究,揭示出YAG激光在对不锈钢和铝两种不同材料进行加工时的优化加工参数组合。 The influence of the parameters of Nd： YAG laser on the laser machining of metallic specimen is investigated, and the optimal laser parameters for machining stainless steel and aluminum are summarized.
