摘　　要： 随着我国教育改革的深入发展,对在校生的计算机文化教育内容已在中学阶段完成;大学阶段,前些年逐步建立的以计算机文化基础教育为核心的教学内容和教学方法已明显落后。医科大学计算机教育应设置什么内容、教学方法可以实现哪些改革,是目前困惑的问题。解决这一问题的出发点应该是,医学生毕业后将面对的是高度信息化的职业平台和信息社会;可以通过教学内容和教学方法的改革,建立新型的、面向信息化社会的、具有医学教育和培养目标的教学和实验教学平台;通过各种渠道使教师队伍在信息技术快速发展的巨大压力下,保持知识的先进性。 With the deep development of China education reform, the course about computer culture for students in higher medical schools have been completed in their high schools. In the phase of higher education, the teaching contents and teaching method, which had been constructed in elementary education of computer culture in preceding years, evidently have been dropped behind. At present the puzzled problems are what are setup in China higher medical schools and which reformations of teaching method are to be realized. The starting point for resolving them is that medical students will be in the face of the highest informational professional platform and informational societies. By innovating teaching contents and teaching methods, the teaching and experimental teaching platform, which is new, oriented to informational society and provided with medical education, is to be built. The knowledge of instructors can be kept in advance through various innovations under the huge pressure for fast development of information technology.
