摘 要: 研究不同浓度的IAA对黄瓜花粉管伸长及内源cAMP含量的影响.结果表明:5mg/LIAA明显促进花粉管伸长,而100mp/LIAA则完全抑制花粉萌发.用5mg/IAA处理花粉时.在花粉管长出之前,花粉内源cAMP含量出现一个明显的峰值,推测cAMP可能对IAA促进黄瓜花粉管生长起作用. Elongation of pollen tubes of Cucumis sativus was evidently promoted by 5 mg/L IAA and the germination of pollen was completely inhibited by 100 mg/L IAA.Prior to pollen germination, the endogenous cAMP contents reached their peak when pollen was treated with 5 mg/L IAA solution. It may be considered that cAMP plays a role in IAA promoting the elongation of pollen tubes.
