摘 要: 介绍了采用离子交换法从茶叶中提取茶氨酸的生产工艺。通过实验,确定了离子交换过程中的操作条件:用732型强酸性阳离子树脂为吸附剂,吸附平衡时间6 h;磷酸盐缓冲液为洗脱液,洗脱液pH 7.38,洗脱液流速为0.5~1.0 BV/h;试液浓度为5~10 mg/mL;在此操作条件下茶氨酸的提取率为67%,产品纯度达到99.41%。 L- Theanine was extracted from Chinese tea using ion exchange. The extracting conditions in ion exchange were determined as follows:732 cation resin used as fixed phase, adsorption equilibrium time 6 hours, phosphate buffer as eluent with pH of 7.38 and flow rate of 0.5 - 1.0 BV/h,the concentration of L - theanine in the range of 5- 10 mg/mL. Under the above extracting conditions, the yield of L - theanine was 67 % with purity of 99.41%.
