摘　　要： 和谐社会应包括经济和谐、政治和谐和文化和谐。经济和谐指经济体制及其运行机制能够有效地促进生产力的发展,能够逐步提高各阶层人民生活水平。经济和谐还应包括人与自然的和谐相处。政治和谐指政治体制要符合本国国情,具有良好的政治运行机制,能够适应经济体制并促进经济发展。文化和谐指具有有效顺畅的与传统文化相结合的教育机构和教育手段,能够适应经济发展的需要并能促进政治体制的有效运行,培养社会需要的各种人才,其目的是提高全民族的思想道德素质和科学文化素质,促进社会进步。 Harmonious society includes economic harmony, political harmony and cultural harmony. Economic harmony means that economic system and its mechanism can efficiently advance the development of the productivity and gradually improve the living standards of the people. Economic harmony also includes the balance between the nature and human beings. Political harmony means that the political system should be matched with the national conditions and must be adapted to the economic structure in order to boost the development of the national economy. Cultural harmony means possessing effective educational institutes and educational measures to be in accordance with the need of economic development, the improvement of political system and the education of all kinds of talents so as to enhance the ideological and ethical quality, scientific and cultural quality and the progress of the society.
