摘 要: 探讨了广东封开的一种野生可食性红菇―美红菇(RussulapuellarisPr.)[1]摇瓶发酵培养条件对菌丝体收率的影响。结果表明,该红菇菌丝体液体发酵的最适培养温度为28℃,培养基最适初始pH值为7.0,最适装液量为50mL/250mL三角瓶,最适摇床转速为180rpm,接种量在(4~10)mL/100mL的范围内对菌丝体生长的影响不显著,最适培养时间为84h。 The liquid fermentation conditions of Russula puellaris Pr. were studied. The results indicated that the optimal conditions were as follows: temperature 28℃, pH 7.0, capacity 50mL/250mL triangular flask, oscillating frequency 180rpm, fermentation duration 84h. Statistic analysis showed that the quantity of liquid seed, varying from 4mL/100mL to 10mL/100mL, was not a remarkable factor to the yield.
