摘 要: 橡胶密封条的截面形状非常复杂,影响其挤出成型的因素很多。为了分析牵引速率对密封条产品截面形状的影响,利用计算流体力学软件Polyflow,对一种典型的EPDM胶料的挤出过程进行了模拟计算。计算结果表明:牵引速率对密封条的挤出形状有很大的影响。在相同入口流量的情况下,随着牵引速率的增大,挤出物截面积减小,牵引速率在的范围内,预测的挤出物形状比较合理,对密封条挤出口模的设计具有理论指导作用。 The shape of rubber seal is very complex. There are many factors, such as die, rubber material and technique of production, which affect extrusion shape of the seal. The rate of extension is one of the direct factors in the technique of production. In order to analyze the influence of the pulling force on the sectional shape of the seal, Polyflow software, a CFD software of Fluent company, is used to simulate the extrusion of a typical EPDM seal. The results show that the extension velocities evidently influence the sectional shape of products. The sectional area decreases with increasing pulling speed in the range of under same extrusive flux.
