摘 要: 目的规范聘用护士管理。方法健全有效的管理模式;采取有效的管理方式;合理运用激励理论;严格培训考核制度;持续的综合素质培养。结果提高了聘用护士的综合素质。结论规范化培训对提高聘用护士的综合素质,发挥聘用护士的最大能动性,提高护理质量具有重大意义。 Objective To standardize the management of employed nurses. Methods The following measures were carried out,such as establishing effective management mode,taking effective management means, applying encouragement theory reasonably,establishing strict training and examining system, providing the training of nurses' comprehensive quality constantly. Result This practice improved employed nurses' comprehensive quality. Conclusion Standardized training was beneficial to improve employed nurses' comprehensive quality, exert their positivity and promote the quality of nursing,
