摘　　要： 雷州半岛西南岸的珊瑚礁,是唯一的中国大陆沿岸现代珊瑚礁。根据2004年8月的调查资料研究分析了雷州半岛灯楼角珊瑚礁海区浮游植物的种类组成、生态类群和数量分布等,以期为珊瑚礁生态系的研究提供基础资料。结果显示:浮游植物共有108种(含变种和变型),其中硅藻门34属85种、甲藻门10属21种、蓝藻门1属2种,浮游植物的种数分布由近岸往远岸递增;浮游植物大致划分为近岸低盐类群、近海广布类群和外海高温高盐类群等3个生态类群;优势种有中肋骨条藻Skeletonemacostatum、菱形海线藻Thalassionemanitzschioides、奇异菱形藻Nitzschiaparadoxa等8种;多样性指数和均匀度平均值分别为3.448和0.655,总体分布比较均匀;浮游植物细胞总量平均值为93×104cells/m3,其中硅藻类占绝对优势,浮游植物分布不均匀,密集于灯楼角南面的A断面。 The coral reef located in the southwest of Leizhou Peninsula was the only modem fringing reef along the continent in China. Based on the data obtained from the survey during August 2004, this paper analyzed the species composition, ecological groups and quantitative distribution of phytoplankton around the coral reef area at Dengloujiao, Leizhou Peninsula, which could provide basal data for future study on this coral reef ecosystem. The results showed that a total of 108 species of phytoplankton （ including variety and form ） were identified, comprising mainly 85 species belonging to 34 genera of Bacillarophyta, 21 species to 10 genera of Pyrrophyta and 2 species to one genus of Cyanophyta. The species richness of phytoplankton was increased from inshore to offshore. Phytoplankton of the coral reef at Dengloujiao, Leizhou Peninsula could be generally classified as three ecological groups such as the low salinity inshore group, the widely -distributed inshore group, and the high temperature and salinity pelagic group according to their ecological habits and distribution characters. Eight dominant species were determined by their dominance above 0.02 mainly represented by Skeletonema costatum, Thalassionema nitzschioides, Nitzschia paradoxa. The mean values of diversity index and evenness were 3.448 and 0.655, respectively, and their distribution at each station was relatively even. The average of phytoplankton total quantity was 193 × 10^4 cells/m^3, among which Bacillarophyta quantity dominated absolutely. Phytoplankton total quantity distributed unevenly and its high value was aggregated on the section A in the south of Dengloujiao.
